Gulf Projects, licensed by RAKEZ (Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone Authority), Registration No: 0000004074546, with office at VUNE1237, Compass Building – Al Hulaila Industrial Zone-FZ Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.

2. Use of Services

  • You agree to use our services lawfully and responsibly.

  • You must provide accurate and current information.

  • Unauthorized use may result in suspension or termination.

3. Intellectual Property

All materials, designs, and trademarks displayed are owned by Gulf Projects. You may not reproduce or distribute them without prior written consent.

4. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are in AED and include VAT (if applicable).

  • Payments must be made using approved methods.

  • Gulf Projects reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and subject to availability. Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

7. Liability

Gulf Projects shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of its services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be subject to UAE courts.
